Campaign Priorities & Stances

My campaign is rooted in accountability. It's time to shift the focus back to the day-to-day concerns of working families in District 75.

1. Giving Voters Real Choices

When politicians run without an opponent, they stop listening to the people. I am running to make sure our district has a real choice on the ballot, so your voice is heard.

2. Clear Healthcare Prices

Healthcare costs in our area are too high, and prices are often hidden. Hospitals should have to show you the clear, upfront cash price for standard procedures before you get the bill.

3. Fair Utility Rates

In 2025, utility companies were allowed an $80 million rate increase, which hurt many household budgets. We need new laws to require open, independent reviews of utility companies before any rate hikes are approved.

4. Fair Local Funding (SEA 1)

A new state law passed in 2025 changed how local towns get their funding. This forced many local councils to raise service fees, like your sewer bills. We need to fix this so local services stay affordable.

5. Balancing Property Taxes

That same 2025 law also shifted property taxes away from large businesses and onto local homeowners. I will work to make sure our tax laws are fair and support families trying to buy or keep a home.

6. Protecting Landowner Rights

When large energy companies build pipelines, they sometimes use state power to force people to sell their land. I am committed to protecting your property rights and stopping this kind of corporate overreach.

7. Spending That Helps Families

State spending should help local families, not just big businesses. While families struggle with rising bills, the state has given tax breaks to professional sports teams. I will focus our resources on job training, better roads, and helping working families.
